We can recommend Oxygen Phone Manager II for this purpose (
http://www.opm-2.com ). In trial version you can remove your operator logo
with another one with 'Logos' section of the program and in full version you
can upload transparent logo .GIF file to the gallery ('Gallery manager'
section) and set this .GIF as operator logo, so you could make your OP. logo
transparent. You can download the trial version here:

PS: you will need technological F-Bus cable to be able to connect your phone
