    Here is what they don't want you to know.

    + Sprint Customer Service worst according to Consumer Reports, JD Power
    surveys
    + SprintPCS already has highest Churn rate, ~ 30% year will increase 11/24
    + Sprint Stock crashing due to lost market share
    + SprintPCS gives 100,000 shares of stock free to its President
    to congratulate him for losing money.
    + Non delivery of promised phones: Kyovcera 7135, Sony T608, Sanyo i700.
    + Absence of any Blue Tooth capability on any SprintPCS phone
    + Absence of true SMS on the SprintPCS network
    + Customer Service not replacing defective phones (you must have dropped it)
    + Customer Service not honoring Warrantys (you must have dropped it)
    + Secret Retention plans. Some folks get good deals, others nothing.
    + New customers get discounts old customers only rebates and only if with same
    phone for 18 months, Warranty replacement disqualifys you
    + SprintPCS having secret list of phones with Issues
    + Roaming even when set to Sprint only
    + Billing snafus, don't dare move
    + Constant dropouts, calls going straight to Voicemail
    + Lack of coverage from Tower coverage shrinkage
    + Lack of SprintPCS following its own Industry Consumer code
    + 1.9 MHz CDMA SprintPCS uses is bad for penetrating buildings
    + Many users discover too late SprintPCS wont work inside house or Apartment.
    + CSRs are not helpful because they must upsell
    + CSRs are not helpful cause they must average under 6 minutes a call,
    so they'll lie to get you off phone
    + CSRs are downgraded if they have to escalate a call.

    Nobody has acceptable Customer Service in the industry- a fact you
    continuallly ignore. The 'best' can't even attain 70% customer

    performance in the last quarter- a FACT you have avoided.

    Doing the same thing mosy major corporations do for leadership- another fact
    you have avoided.

    Go to alt.vellular.verizon- the same issue is mentioned over there. Not a
    SPrint specific issue, and a problem for all roaming carriers.

    1.9MHz.

    is not Sprint-specific in nature, and you misrepresent the facts in the
    others cases. BTW- does this name cahnge take you over twenty now?
