To keep an anal-retentive Sprint apologist happy, I have a further iteration of
the FAQs. Scott has pointed out zero errors in them, so I assume he just
doesn't want SprintPCS customers to be knowledgeable.

Assume all you want- once again, you prove your ignorance of the facts.

Its the way the blind sprintpcs apologists here operate.

if they disagree with you or you dare post something that might hint
SprintPCS is less than perfect, you're either

    a Liar

    or a Moron.

When they're proven wrong, the next thing they do is start with the
childish insults. They especially dislike it when you post one of their
older posts that disproves what they're now saying.

    The only blind one is the one who never admits his mistakes and lies;

    Your lies:
Sprint offers the fewest phones of the top ten providers
AT&T was not capable of offering 7pm nights
AT&T would not match web prices at retail stores
Cingular paid over $50B for AT&TW
Sprint PCS would be out of business by the end of the year
Sprint has no team handling Retention
Cingular was liable for the break-in at a third party authorized dealer

No- they dislike the fact that you have been proven wrong time after time,
and can not admit your mistakes.

Seeing O/Siris call Jason a liar last August.

Seeing folks with defective A500 and 8500's being given the run around.

Watch an apologist who owns an A500 pretend it has no issues, when
Google finds many posts of his about those very issues.

    See folks improperly charged ETF.

Seeing folks told they were stuck in their contract when Sprint stopped
    providing coverage where they lived.

Seeing folks getting the run-around trying to get their rebates.

Seeing stores lie to customers about the "Free" 14 day trial.

Seeing employees lie to customers that they just needed a newer phone to
    get better coverage.

Watch SprintPCS try to charge for *2 calls. (At least they backed off
    that).

Watching blind apologists feebly try to discredit the JD Power reports
about SprintPCS, and then watch The yankee group and Consumer Reports
also repeatedly rate SprintPCS Customer Service worst.

Having *2 CSRs hang up on me after 6 minutes.

Being told by Executive Services that "Yes there is a tracked handle ime
for CSRs" and then watch employees post here and lie about that.

Watching a couple of apologists try to keep customers from going to
    Executive Services .

Watching Lauer get outrageous bonus for making SprintPCS stock disappear
so Sprint could coverup how bad the its wireless division is doing.
(Churn up, WLNP loser, cost of new customer acquisition up).

Being insulted by SprintPCS employees for pointing out some of the
the above issues. That is **ALWAYS** counterproductive.

    amongst others.

    OK, Robert.

Show me, EXACTLY, where the "many posts" are about those "issues."

I posted ONE negative thing about my A500, and that was in reference
    to a very minor problem.

Just because you read a post, about a problem, multiple times, that
doesn't mean that I experienced multiple problems.

Are you an asshole everywhere else, or just on Usenet?

I find it interesting that you come to the defense of Justin. He was prone
to insulting and profanity at a level not seen in this group since he left.
It would appear you have a double standard going here, and you need to
examine your priciples- you can't criticize people for something you condone
    from others.

    >
    > Seeing folks with defective A500 and 8500's being given the run around.

Hmmmm- haven't seen that. Try living in the real world.

You definitions leave a lot to be desired.

    Stopped providing coverage? URL's, please.

How is Sprint responsible for the actions of a third party vendor?

    >

It is clearly *****ed out both in the Service Agreement and on the website.

    Not for long, dear troll.

    >

You're lucky- I'd hang up on you after the first 30 seconds, if you whine
and pout like you do here.

What they are talking about andwhat you are talking about are two different
things. The key word used by ES is AVERAGE.

    >
    > Watching a couple of apologists try to keep customers from going to

Never seen that. I've only seen people explain that it is not intended as
    the first means of contact.

No cover up- all of the numbers are in the SEC filings. They may not be
broken out as you wish, but they don't tailor the report to the whims of a
    fool.

Counterproductive is posting unsubstantiated opinions and guesses as fact.
Counterproductive is using multiple ID's to falsely bolster your argument.
Counterproductive is never admitting your mistakes. THese are your traits,
and your's alone. Live with it.
