Sending a qcp file to my 8100

I tried to email a qcp ring file to my phone. The phone told me I had
an attachment, but I was unable to download it.

I also tried to put the file on a server and link to it but when phone
would not download it that way either.

How can I get the qcp file into the phone to use as a ringer?

I also tried to email the link to my qcp file. But the phones browser
gave this responce "HTTP Error 406: Content not acceptable"

I used the purevoice app on the QuallComm site to create the qcp file.

any ideas how to solve this?
