When I try to log onto the website, I see this:
"We are very sorry, but the systems required to access your account
information are currently unavailable. Unfortunately, this outage also
temporarily prevents a representative from accessing your information.
We regret any inconvenience this causes. Please try again later, and thank
you for choosing PCS Service from Sprint."
My fiance can log onto her account fine. Any idea what might be causing
this?
Thanks.

Matt, here's one suggestion that may or may not work. You may have a
corrupted cookie on your computer. Close down all open IE windows. Then go
to Start - Search Files, and do a search on sprintpcs. Delete all the
sprintpcs cookies.
Re-open IE, go to www.sprintpcs.com and try to sign onto your account again.

Re: can't log onto Sprint website
Thanks, Bob. I should have mentioned that I already trashed all my Sprint
cookies and that I used the same browser for my account and my fiance's
account and her's logged on fine and mine was as below. My new contract
with new plan goes into effect tomorrow or the next day. Perhaps that's it?
Either way, it's a message I've never seen before.

If you are going to only delete sprintpcs cookies, it'll be much easier to
run IE, click Tools|Internet Options, click Settings, click View Files
and delete the cookies whose address ends in @sprintpcs.com.

Re: can't log onto Sprint website
Have you just recently changed your rate plan? If so it may cause such messages
to occur until the start of your next billing period.

Re: can't log onto Sprint website
I would think that would show up when I tried to look at my current usage,
but I can't even get into the site itself. It must be the new plan which
goes into effect in a few days.
(should have mentioned this in my first post...sorry)

Surprise!! If you can''t now get into the web site, they've already changed
your plan. Call *2 and confirm. Make sure any advantage agreement then reflects
that date, rather than being illegally pushed forward to your billing date.

Re: can't log onto Sprint website
Simpler yet. Call *4. If it wont report your useage, your plan is changed
already.
