    Like Mr psycho <g> told you, occasional or light use=20
    generally isn't being enforced. But, going strictly by the=20
    Terms & Conditions on our web site, it *could* be.

    From what you say, I think you'd be OK. But I can't=20
    guarantee it.

    To play it safe, I visit mostly sites that are pda friendly on my laptop to
    keep the bandwidth down.
