    I have called tech support and reported that both services are down as of 10:00
    on November 28, 2003. The error code my co-workers and I are getting is 3000
    if anyone knows what that is.

    Vision has been down in Los Angeles since Nov 27th, AM. Getting #3000
    Network Timeout and #106, system sign in error "error messages".

    You might need to reset your vision password from your manage page on the
    website. Try that and see if that works.

    On the sanyo 7200 it has a option to reset your web settings. i did that and
    it still has not worked. i waited about 2 hours and reloaded the web and it
    worked fine. In my office there are 8 people out of 9 that have Sprint and no
    ones web worked. Sprint got it up and running about 2 hours after I called so
    I think that is a good turn around.

    Thanks Bob, that worked great ! I think I messed up my phone yesterday when
    I switched batteries without first powering down the phone - I believe this
    lockup my vision access.

    I have used Vision extensively over the past couple of days. Both my
    location and "home" area are Los Angeles.

    One way to make certain that's not an issue is to wait a=20
    minimum of 60 seconds before putting the other battery in=20
    and turning the phone back on. Seems to do a terrific job=20
    of resetting all those settings and memory that get used=20
    while the phone is on and operating.
