    It sure as hell is. All kinds of catches and "gotcha's" running through=20
    the process. I'm watching one account where a family moved over from=20
    AT&T and Cingular into one Sprint PCS account. Let's just it has not=20
    gone smoothly. Problems on *both* ends of the transactions.
