    Anyone got ANYTHING good to say about a csr at PCS ?
    I've had good luck w Jim MCCUL01 , we have him e-mailed when we have a
    problem and he always finds some way to resolve the issue.
    Anyone else got a good rep they talk to ?

    I've had plenty of good experiences with a number of CS reps over the past 5
    years. Had a couple of inexperienced ones as well, where I was under the
    impression I knew more than they did (and I did), but all in all, I've been
    pretty happy with the CS service I've received.

    I was looking at connection cards a few months ago, and I wasn't getting
    anywhere. In fact, I drove to a Sprint Store while I was on hold with
    *2. After getting transferred about several times, I called back and
    talked to Laetitia (hope it's *****ed right) who first, apologized for
    the problems I was having, admitted to not knowing much about connection
    cards. She researched the issue, found information on the cards, and
    then proceeded to call all the Sprint Stores in my area to find the
    model of connection card I needed! After about a seven minute wait, she
    had several stores, with contact names at the stores so I could go right
    in and talk to a human. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and gave
    her high marks.
