Got my phone Monday... got error 67 through Wednesday... then "Network
Busy"... now back to Error 67 again. Is everyone getting this or is it my
area or?? CS rep says all is in order on my account.

Means what it says. Apparently Vision is oversold in your area. Call
Claire (*2) and see if you get a "Network Busy Credit", like you can get
a "Dropped Call Credit".

It's not your phone *or* your account. We had to make some significant=20
changes this past weekend. We're having issues with those changes. Big=20
ones. We need your patience while we get them resolved.

No, error #67 is a registration failure. Ordinarily, it means that the
username and/or password stored in the phone is incorrect, but since
Sprint's Vision has been goofed up for almost a week now, the real error
could be on Sprint's servers rather than in the phone.
A Sprint store supposedly activated a new line for me on Monday morning, but
as of Thursday evening that line still has no Vision at all (error #1012).
My next call will probably be to cancel the line entirely. Especially since
Cingular, AT&T, and T-Mobile *all* charge $10/mo for an extra line, whereas
Sprint charges $25/mo ($20/mo just for voice, $5/mo for Vision).

How much longer are we talking? I run a data center, so I know these things
can slip, but is this an application issue or hardware?

I believe it's an application one. One of our core systems failed to=20
"take" the upgrade, and we're having to troubleshoot that.
I'm hoping it'll be back by the time I'm back on the phones on Saturday. =
=20
But, when I left Wednesday night, troubleshooting was *not* complete.

Re: Error 67 with Vision
I received my phone on Mon.12-8, I was getting the same error messages, finally
last night I called Sprint and within 30 minutes I got through and they
corrected the problem, they said it had something to do with one of their
providers dropping out over last weekend.
