Yes, that is what they are saying at this point. Hopefully, they will
wise up and stop trying to screw the customes with bluetooth capable
phones.
You and everyone else needs to express your displeasure with their
obvious double standard. I would suggest filing an FCC complaint. You
can easily do it online at:
http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/cib/fcc475.cfm
Main complaint page here:
http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html
I expect it costs them $100 minimum to repond to a complaint. It
definitely gets their attention and they have a statutory mandate to
respond within a certain time period.

Uhm, Phillipe, SprintpCS has not violated any FCC regs by doing this.
The FCC doesn't regulate pricing structures for these services.
While I agree that Sprint PCS has really fumbled on the bluetooth
situation, once again, like a troll, you've pointed people to the wrong
information to get a remedy.

I have come to the same conclusion, Phillip has moved to comcast, which
seems to route through Atlanta. No surprise, my old DSL used to show as
originating in Chicago, when in fact, I live in Minnesota. So, I wonder why
he ditched Earthlink/Mindspring? Was it not suiting his trolling practices
any longer?

I'm not convinced this new poster is Phillipe yet. Different type of
sentence structure, and uses a much more colorful type of language.

The FCC link was a hint that I didn't care to immediately ignore. He has
posted here in the past and I thought it was him ... but I downplayed it
because of comcast. If it is him, I suspect he was testing both services at
the same time ... now, apparently, no more Earthlink. When is the last
time we have seen a post by Phillip anyway?

Oh, about 8 days ago via Donald, IIRC. Seems like it was about 3 days after
I sent in a formal complaint to EL misquoting yours truly, when I last
posted the list ... Maybe they cut him off ...
