    Well,

    I called retention, cancellation, and then corporate services (the #
    they gave me for my work sprint account. Either they have thier phone
    speak down pretty good now, or they are just unwilling to budge.

    I talked to all of these people today, and everyone told me that I was
    getting the best plan I could for the money I'm paying,and that being
    already on a corporate discount, the only way I could get a better plan
    would just be to upgrade to a higher one.

    NO credit of ANY kind. NO phone of any kind, although, they DID admit
    that my wifes phone is so old she is due for a upgrade. AGAIN, NO offer
    of a credit.

    One word though...

    I found out that despite what I was already getting, (500 AT minutes,
    sharing 3000 NW minutes, Ulimited PCS2PCS etc.. I was WRONG.

    When in fact, EACH phone is getting 500 AT minutes, and thier own 3000
    N&W minutes, plus Ulimited PCS 2 PCS minutes, and then the $5.00 WW
    added on to my phone. All for (looking at bill), $58.95 after all taxes,
    fee's, and my corporate discount.

    This is MY fault, for not understanding my plan well enough, and
    understanding the statements enough. My wife and I have been tippy
    toeing around sharing 500 minutes, when in fact we EACH had 500.

    Apparently when I got this plan, it was some sort of 'special' that was
    written up for me.( or so they tell me).

    I guess I'm keeping what I got. I would have liked getting a 5300, BUT
    do NOT want the added cost of vision.

    Good to hear you got that cleared up Michael ... As for Vision, you don't
    have to have Vision on your account to get a 5300 signed up.

    Hi Bob,
    yeah I know, and I actually have one on hold for me at our local Sprint
    Store. After talking to a CSR, and then a tech in the Sprint store
    yesterday, I am going in to have my phone looked at and updated if they
    can. If it doesn't fix the problem I am experiencing, they have both
    told me I am within my 1 year period to have the phone replaced.

    Problem IS, I use the WW and the Sanyo Multimedia software with my 5150
    for new screens and ringtones. As well as the snapsync software, and
    already have the cables etc..
