    I haven't been able to check my usage online or using *4 since before
    Christmas. I have not made any changes to my account. Anyone else
    experiencing this problem?

    I have not gotten the vision page to work on the phone.

    it almost never works. grrrr used to be once in a while it would be down now
    it is almost always down. I gave up checking.

    No problem here, it has worked fine every time I checked (with the
    exception of roaming minutes on my shared plan do to the screwed up
    system they are using for F&CA on shared plans).

    I suspect it is a problem local to you (or your area tower). It works
    fine for me when I use it for all three scenarios; Vision, *4 and WWW.

    I forgot that I can check my usage via Vision. It worked there.

    I have been unable to check my usage via *4 back when I added on F&CA two
    months ago. At the time it was not an issue because it would still read my
    mins it just didn't have recordings/setups for my plan. It would say
    something like you have <pause> 300 <pause> then you have <pause> #remain
    number# <pause> remaining. Now when I check it, it says only "your data
    usage is not available". It doesn't even attempt to read my mins. This has
    been going on the last month or so. I personally don't care since website
    shows correct usage its just annoying when you want to check mins on the
    go.
