At this point, you have two choices... either wait for the phone to come
back in stock, or give up on the T608. Another option might be to call
SonyEricsson and see what kind of help they can give you.

The T608 had the potential for being a great phone, but the problem here
is that SonyEricsson decided to dump all support for this phone and any
other CDMA phone in the US market. This happened prior to the T608's
release, so basically what you have is a half-baked, not well- supported
phone, of which only 10,000 or so were ever made.

I feel your pain. I too have a T608, and am not 100% happy with its
performance. I lucked out though in that mine isn't flipping out, so
I'm mostly happy with it, for what it is. It does what I want
    Bluetooth-wise, which is good.

Hopefully Sprint will see the incredible demand for this phone and have
another manufacturer with a better track record come out with another
    bluetooth-enabled handset.

It's a known issue with that phone. 1st, get any firmware updates if
there are any, if that doesn't fix it, you would be better off getting
    warranty support through Sony Ericsson
