    O/Siris:

If you replied earlier, I must have missed it. I previously reported a
problem with Vision's Earthlink portal. You cannot access POP3 email.
After logging in and entering password, instead of taking you to the
inbox, it takes you back to the account login page. You had said that
there was a ticket open on it.

The problem got temporarily fixed once or twice but as of this writing,
it's back to not working. Can you see if the ticket is still open? Is
there an ETA on getting this fixed for good?

    Thank you for your help.

I remember not being able to access it when you first posted this concern. I
just tried now, on my 5300, was able to sign in and check my earthlink
    email, here in Charlotte, NC

Still not working here in the Dallas, TX area. I'm trying to check my
mindspring account. Strangely, O/Siris has become silent on this issue.

I have never had a problem getting my inbox mail from Mindspring (Earthlink)
on my I-500. I ALWAYS have a problem sending mail on the same phone. I am
forced to cut and paste to my Sprintmail to send.

O/Sirus has been silent on most issues lately. Probably just busy I
    would guess.

That, or his employers have muzzled him.

I doubt it ... they waited way too long for that if they were worried
about him, as he has been posting here for many ages.

Or he got sick of the flaming. I honestly wouldn't blame him if this were
the case- the guy tries to help, and gets a lot of grief from some because
    of his employer.

Sorry, man. I thought I posted a response. The alert is=20
currently still open. I'd have to assume that means=20
    troubleshooting is still in progress.

Nah. Mandatory overtime as we *try* to get those dang hold=20
    times down.

I've been letting some personal efforts slip a bit, so some=20
downtime *is* coming, probably next week.

Don't even mention Unions. From what I've seen, Unions turn people into
    lazy worthless f*cks.

No- he's a big boy, and doesn't need to spend his hard earned money to have
    no job security.

    Protect me?

Why the hell would I need protection? I'm not chained to=20
that workstation (although I *will* admit sometimes it=20
feels that way <vbg> when the queues are long). The pay in=20
exchange for the overtime darn near doubled my last=20
    paycheck.

    I need protection from that?
