Ready Link issues

Is everyone having the some errors and issues with Ready Link?

Like when it just don't work anymore, you call Sprint and they really don't
know how to fix it and then ask you to reset the phone and wait 4 hours and
it magically works again for a few days.

Isn't that like a band-aid? They have a problem, do they not know what it is
or how to fix it?

10-4 over and out on my Ready Link.

I have not had any problems after the initial provisioning.
I have found ReadyLink to be very reliable... you might even
say... surprisingly reliable.

Agreed - no problems with RL and in fact I have found it to be a joy to use.
