Email to my spcs email used to indicate who the message was from and give me
    the emal subject.

As of today, my email alerts just say "Check your PCS mail!"

What's going on? Is this a temporary issue or a permanent change?

I noticed that myself. I'm on a day off, so I'll check on it once I get=20
    back.

I hope to God it's permanent!!!!

All the news alerts I get used to have a From: line on
them which ate up too darned many of the precious few characters the
    message can hold.

Now that it isn't telling me 30 times a day that I
get my news from Yahoo or MSN, I can actually read the entire message,
not have to guess at the last 5 words.

I think it's great, and about time.

A perfect example of SprintPCS being customer unfriendly amd earning
its' bad reputation. It makes a major adulteration of service, doesn't
tell customers, and doesnt tell its' CSRs either.

I don't know what the heck you are talking about.

When you set SPCS to send you email notifications it does not ever send the
body of the email - regardless of whether it is a news update or critical
client emergency. It just sends the name of the sender and the subject line.
If you are receiving countless email alerts from MSN each day that is your
problem. The rest of us get a mix of critical and not so critical emails
throughout the business day. An alert that says "Check your PCS mail!" means
I have to waste my time and check my email EVERY time I get a notification.
Before, I could usually tell from the sender and the subject lines whether
the email needed my immediate attention.

Damn, dude, lighten up. Yeah, it bugs me too, but it's probably more of a
hiccup than anything. There have been intermittent problems with PCS Mail
for about a week and a half now. Let's wait and see what Rob finds out
    before we start blasting Sprint.

Nothing in our system announcing this change. And, with=20
the emphasis on getting SMS launched, I'm not expecting a=20
speedy reply to my queries. We'll see.

What an ass!!! Sprint improves the service, and you
    gripe about it.

I'll forgive you for falling for Phillipe's idiocy because you're relatively
new to this group. He's a troll. He's changed ID over 50 times because he
    knows people are killfiling him.

Thanks, Steve. Not so much new, but more... not as active as I should be.
Unfortunately, Pine doesn't organize messages such that I could see the
responses others had posted with regard to his comments. But I must say...

    ....kinda figured.
