4 of the phone on my account are all 5300's and all have vision.
When 3 of then connect to the net they show the message "connecting as
[email protected]" xxxxxx being the unique id
The fourth phone just say "connecting as" and no id..
I spend I good time going though "Settings" to find a difference and could
find none! Maybe I missed it!
SW levels are the same, HW levels are the same. Phone were purchased same
time and provisioned within minutes of each other...

When a phone is setup with Vision service (provisioned), A=20
Vision username is created, as is a Vision password. A=20
couple of other network settings get assigned, and then all=20
that has to get transmitted to the phone in a session=20
    called an "IOTA" session.

In short, it didn't happen on that one without a username. =20
There are about four major reasons that occurs, and maybe a=20
host of other, minor ones. Some because of the phone, some=20
because of user action, and some because of network action=20
    (or possibly inaction).

You need to call us in Vision tech support and let us know=20
the username isn't on your phone. Sorry about the hold,=20
but fixing this is usually just five minutes' work.
