drivers for snapmedia

Does anyone have the drivers for snapmedia to run a samsung a600/ vga 1000
phone. My program doesn't have them and I for some reason cannot get them
from the website.

also, I'm plugging my phone into a usb port and have the drivers installed
on my system for the phone. Is there a way to transfer them into the
snapmedia program? how do I determine the com port my phone is running on?

What are the error messages after you enter in your code that came with your
software?
