A BACK PEDAL! First you say they do this automatically, and now you say
generally ... soon I suppose you will say that they sometimes do ... or
perhaps it is just a rumor?

No, it's not correct. It's not totally out to lunch, but=20
it *is* inaccurate. You issued a flat declaration that we=20
declare screen failures to be abuse. That blanket=20
    statement is inaccurate.

You're silliness about us keeping secrets has been refuted=20
so many times before that it deserves to be ignored, and so=20
    will be henceforth by me.

If it's not a secret, please post the list of phones where screen
breakage is a known issue and SprintPCS will happily replace it.

If you post the list and it contains many phones, then you are correct,
if you insult me instead, then I am correct and SprintPCS is keeping it
    secret as I maintain.

Phillip ... do you honestly believe such a "list" exists? There may be
phones with a known defect that can lead to screen failure, but that
does not mean that every time a screen failure occurs on such a phone is
caused by that defect. They will certainly take this on a case by case
    basis.

I already told you, Phillie, this has been refuted so many times I'm not=20
going to go through that again.

Refusing to shout it from the proverbial hilltops does *not* mean we are=20
keeping it secret. And you know that. You're just too dishonest to=20
    concede the point.
