Had a great quick conversation with CS just now. Had called them to pay off
a balance on the account. No wait time to speak to a rep. Anyway, I asked
whether 10022 was released yet, and it hasn't been.

I also asked whether SPCS would be providing incoming call info on the bills
and was told they are working on it, and hope to have it ready by the end of
2004, along with a no blocked number feature, where the caller ID has to
show up, before the call comes through.
