Vision Earthlink portal STILL broken!

Damn,

What's the deal? Still can't access POP3 accounts from Vision's
earthlink portal, are they ever going to get this thing fixed???

When getting email from outside earthlink, whole account name needs to
be entered as Username. i.e. [email protected]

I can get into my earthlink account thru Vision and view e-mails but
my brother cannot get into his. I'm tired of it working
inconsistently.

If that's the case, then I doubt it will get fixed. Earthlink probably
doesn't care too much if their customers can get their emails on
SprintPCS phones.

Very inconsistent. I was able to check my emails earlier today, the
first time I was able to in weeks. Just tried a minute ago and it's back
to not working.
