It is directed at getting new customers. Thus, it has no value for
existing customers. Pretty standard marketting strategy.

Let me repeat, since you appear to have a problem with the truth:

I simply and only pointed out that existing customers *can* avail=20

You continue to spread the lie that I made it seem that they could not,
when all I did was post a link to the Sprint PCS website.

If you think that quote is misleading your complaint is with your
employer, Sprint PCS, and not me.

YOU REMAIN AN EMBARRESSMENT TO SPRINT PCS.

    Once again for folks unfamiliar:

"This special offer ends April 3, 2004. Requires purchase and
activation ofa new line of service with a two-year Sprint PCS Advantage
Agreement. Offer available on Sprint PCS Free & Clear Plans starting at
$45; Sprint PCS Free& Clear America Plans starting at $50; and Sprint
PCS Free & Clear Area-wide Plans starting at $45. May not be available
in select markets; call for pricing and availability."

I can repeat it again, it's no skin off my back, since it's the=20

Your complaint then is with the wording used by your own company, not my
    posting.

So your complaint is with Sprint PCS for not makeing that abundantly
clear, so that you wouldn't need to post.

The only thing that sprint or any other carrier can charge you for is
either the terms of your agreement (for $40 you get 500 minutes, or
whatever). There is always that first billing in which they bill a
month ahead, but when I have ended a line, I got an end of term
credit. Of course, there can be errors--I have had a lot more of
these *errors* with verizon (mainly roaming charges--which was the
orginal reason I picked up a sprint line), who I have always thought
had the best c/s especially in the past----anw the problems have
usually been adjusted; not really had that many errors with sprint,
except for their habit of changing their policy on charges for esn
    changes or not.

It may be that I almost always pay the extra $10 for the first few
months, to avoid a contract initially with a sprint contract change or
new line---to be sure everything is okay----then I switch to the
cheaper contract rate once I'm sure everything is okay....I don;t
think *****ing about sprint's holding a customer to what they have
both agreed makes a lot of sense----turn this around, what if you and
a carrier agreed to the $40 and 500 minutes for 1 year, and then the
carrier was only providing 400 minutes, the customer would complain,
and rightly so. If you don't want to do what you have agreed to do,
pay the $150 termination charge (which represents the phone discount).

Last week, I bit the bullet and signed for 2 years--they let me have
7pm nights(they are the only carrier in my area to do this, love
it)--also they gave me pcs 2 pcs free. Since I have been with sprint
on my main account for over 5 years, I doubt I will be leaving----and
if I do I pay them the $150 termination charge, since that's what both
sprint and I have agreed to do.

You still haven't shown me where I complained at all, Phillie.

Why are you do unwilling to have a simple conversation?

I simply and ONLY pointed out that the offer is also available to=20
current users of Sprint PCS. That was, is, and will remain (while=20
the offer is available), the truth.

There's no hidden message there, Phillie.
