In order to help answer "Ready Link" questions Sprint PCS is now routing
all *2 calls from Business Customers who own a Ready Link phone to the
Consumer CSRs, regardless of whether they punched 1 "For Ready Link
Help" or 2 "For other issues".

    Nope. Not true.

Mistakes happen, but it's not policy.

Well then, the Director of Executive Services told me wrong; but maybe
you know more, or at least think you do.

It matters because if your account is a Business Account and you need to
talk to a CSR, it takes ~ 40 minutes to get to one; because first you're
in the queue for a Consumer CSR, who then transfers you to a queue for a
business CSR, as Consumer CSRs aren't allowed to touch a business
    account.

I'm just going by what the Director of Executive Services told me,
but maybe you know more, or at least think you do.

As if you talked to the Director of Executive Services. After all the
little stunts you've pulled, I'd be willing to believe they won't even
talk to you anymore, and I can't blame them.

    Wow...

I've known several people who thrive on rejection, confrontation, and general
child-like behavior but you are really in a class by yourself.

Although, I must give you credit for tenacity.

OTOH, it might just be that you don't know when to give up.

Thank you very little for such silliness. Personal attacks

Maybe if you ever actually responded in a substantive, meaningful=20
manner, you wouldn't get the attacks you deserve.
