We are very sorry, but the systems required to access your account
information are currently unavailable. Unfortunately, this outage also
temporarily prevents a representative from accessing your information.
We regret any inconvenience this causes. Please try again later, and
thank you for choosing PCS Service from Sprint.

So what? They were working on the site. What is the point of your post?
You can call customer service for free on your phone.

Interesting how no one I talked to today, including a few call center
reps, didn't have any issues.
(And I didn't have any issues either)

Of course if I worked for Sprint PCS I might make the same claim.
Strange how I was able to quote what showed up on my browser.

Duh. The message says info is unavailable by other means also.
"Unfortunately, this outage also
temporarily prevents a representative from accessing your information."
Strange how SprintPCS apologists work.
- Tech Geek denies the outage ever happened.
- John pretends it doesnt matter.
WHICH IS IT GUYS?

Fine, now we got a third lame excuse:
1. It didn't happen. {WRONG} (Tech Geek)
2. You could have called customer Service {not true} - (John)
3. It also happens to other carriers {3 wrongs makes a right?} - JRW
THESE BLIND SPRINT PCS APOLOGISTS ARE REALLY QUITE AMUSING.

Thats nice, but my billing date was 2 weeks ago so they WERE NOT
updating on my account.
Now 4 explanations.
1. Didnt happen
2. Doesnt matter
3. Other carriers have it too.
4. They were updating your account.
Sprint PCS apologists, can't accept the truth, but do insult posters.

Hey MORON, i get the samething when they are updating info on my account. When I get the message I am still able to access the site through my wifes account and vice versa. You really need to know what you are talking about before throwing out accusations. The site is not down, just your account info is unavailable.

Mr. Robert "Know it all" M. If you are such a genious when it comes to Sprint, explain to me why I get that message on one account and can access the site with another. I know this might put your brain in overdrive but I think you can handle it without going into convulsions, seeing how you know it all.

Again with the insults. Accounts don't get updated for no reason in the
middle of a billing period.
Sorry you can't admit Sprint PCS had an "OUTAGE" yesterday for their web
site. They said so. ACCEPT IT.

So now Phillpe...you are putting words in my mouth. I never said
or implied that 3 wrongs makes a right. I merely stated a fact of
reality that everyone with any bit of knowledge knows - CS sometimes
have outages. Period.

There ya go again...calling me an apologist when I merely stated
a general fact of call cneters and providers.
Robert M. wrote:

These blind moronic Sprint *****ers are really quite amusing.
Opps...I'm insulting you and calling you names. Don't forget to call
this to everyones attention.
