    Hello,

I signed up for MobiTV through Sprint PCS. I would like to now 'unenroll'
from MobiTV, but no one at Sprint PCS knows how to accomplish this. I first
called their premium services number 1-877-788-0743, but it only gave me
credit. I then called *2, and they said as long as I didn't use MobiTV I
would not be billed. I was billed again, so I used Sprint PCS ecare and
they said it was a third party item and to call the premium service number.
Thinking I did something wrong the first time I called premium services, I
called again. Again, I got a credit (it is an automated service number). I
called customer *2 again today and she did do searches for MobiTV, but did
not know how to unenroll me from it. They have no indication on their side
that I am being billed for it, other than it shows up on my bill.

So my question is, for Sprint PCS, how do I unenroll in MobiTV ?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

Keep on handing out the number, it will be changed soon.

    Then where will you be?

Are you bragging that Sprint will cut back on helping people by hiding
    Executive Services???

I have a stack of direct dial numbers, so if 866-519-5698
stops being the number to Executive Services, I either go to
http://www.sprintpcsinfo.com or I rely on my own resources.

P.S. We've been threatened with that number disappearing for the longest
    time.

Please follow-up when you find a proven method to cancel. I want to
    cancel the service also.

Not that difficult to do. Goto the sprintpcs website and log into your
account. On the main page scroll down to the bottom. Click on My
Content Manager link. On this page should be a list of all the vision
content you subscribed to or downloaded. Click on MobiTV in the list.
This should bring you to page that describes the MobiTV service.
Toward the bottom just above the Go Back link should be a link called
Unsubscribe. Just click this and follow the directions.

A completely useless answer from He of the Empty Fingers.

    As usual.

Yes indeed. It works from the phone *or* the Web site. Good point.

Subscription services are still new to us. MobiTV is only the second=20
application to do it. What you need to do is go to your Content=20
Manager. On your phone, it's VISION HOME/DOWNLOADS/MY CONTENT=20
MANAGER. Once you get there, you'll see MobiTV still listed. =20
Highlight it and press OK. When you get the information page that=20
reminds you what you pay, you'll find a web link for "unsubscribe." =20
It'll ask you to confirm that you want to unsubscribe, then it will=20
continue to work until the next day-of-the-month "anniversary", and=20
    no more unless you resubscribe.

    Sorry for the confusion.
