Or the phones get refurbished by Sprint and not entered in the database
since they're going to radio Shack? That is just as valid a possibility
with the information you provided.

If they go back to Sprint, they're entered into the database.
If they're not refurbished though Sprint, then it won't show up in the databse.

You're guessing here, based on your prior comments.

What other comments other than "I suspected that Radio Shack
refurbishes their own phones" did I make?
It's a fact, if a phone goes back to Sprint, it's entered into the
database for tracking purposes.

No sense trying to further explain this Tech ... First ole Phillipe
maintains that the technicians have a quota, which has been denied twice,
then he changes the subject to attacking you about the number of stores you
go to when he won't accept the first answer, and now he can't accept the
fact that any phone sent into SPCS isn't tracked ...

You don't know that.

Sure he does. As does any SprintPCS employee who's been=20
through new-hire training. No phone gets into our=20
possession that isn't entered into the system-wide=20
database.

Within the last week you were apologizing for not remembering your
training.

You complain when people lie.
You complain when people tell the truth.
You complain when people say 'I think it's this way, but I'll have to double check"
I see a trend devoloping, anyone else?

Developing? I've been called an apologist for three different carriers, and
his ability to lie, misquote and expound on things about which he knows
nothing about. I think the trend is past developing.

Re: Replacement for lost Sprint Phone?
PCSGuy must be worried about being laid off. He only says good things about
Sprint anymore.
