I was just wondering what everyones opinion on sprint pcs is. I work for a
company that does customer service for sprint pcs, and just by the calls
that I get, I wouldn't even use sprint if it were free!! haha

all have repeatedly rated SprintPCS Customer Service worst amongst the
top 6 Cellular Carriers.

the price sucks, and their upgrade policy for existing customers sucks.
sprint loses customers faster than they gain them.

SprintPCS has the slowest growth rate of any major Carrier.

Not according to the Orlando Sentinel. They were talking about every major
carrier last week. AT&T lost 700,000 subscribers (or something like that)
while sprint was gaining a lot (due to TV ads).
