Re: Quality of service in LA

Since this thread seems to have reached the end of it's useful life, it is
time to delete to bring it to an end. To those of you who have offered
    constructive opinions, my thanks.

And to those of you who use newsgroups in place actual human contact, such
as Messr. Degger, as demonstrated through abusive language towards others,
get help. Or maybe just have sex with someone else besides yourself. One
    of the two should work.

Certainly, they're fine--at least, they're on par for a clueless newbie
    ****wit.

Whether or not you choose to learn basic posting skills appropriate for the
medium in which you're trying to communicate is, of course, up to you.
Nobody can force you to stop being ignorant, although one would think that a
fellow who feels the need to announce to a group of strangers that he holds
"several college degrees" would undertake to educate himself on his own.

One can lead a horse to water, etc.

You've certainly learned (or more likely, you already knew how) to display
the sort of pre-pubescent petulance that characterizes a lot of the posters
to this group. "You can't MAKE me learn how to post properly to Usenet. So
    THERE!"

Anyway...just for giggles, would you mind telling the group just what you
imagine will happen to this "email" <rolls eyes> of yours, after it arrives
at the "general work addy" to which you sent it?

Far more stuff will be going on in his little fantasy world than *ever*
will in the real one over that crap. What a moron.

You have been informed of the proper posting technique. A courtesy=20
that predates even the WWW, that predates even the "official"=20
Internet itself. And yet you dismiss it without even an attempt to=20
determine the truth of that for yourself.

You are behaving very much like them, in your own disrespectful way.

Like in your covering up Sprint's working over customers by not honoring

Little troll- the warranties are offered by manufacturers, not carriers.

Reception on SprintPCS phones remains problematic in zipcode
90066 is Los Angeles. When was the last time you used a cell phone in
    Los Angeles?

    Rob? Who knows?

On the other hand, several people who live in the area have reported that
they have not seen the same problems. Since Apple Valley is 90 miles northeast
of Los Angeles and I don't go down into the city all that often, I'll readily
admit that *my* personal experiences are of limited use. But you *have* heard
from Sprint customers who live in that immediate area.

Hi Group! I've been quietly lurking here all winter. As for LA, I
frequently arrive at LAX and head North on the 410 to 101 to Santa Barbara.
Over the past year service has been much improved and I no longer drop any
calls with good coverage along these corridors (and in Beverly Hills,
Brentwood)... and solid coverage now in Santa Barbara / UCSB / Goleta.
There are 3 of us in our business with the same experience using SPCS. The
LA areas we visit are limited and you need to test in the locations which
you will be in the most.

Hmmm- let's analyze this little discussion. Kenny lives in LA, Robert (aka
Phil) lives in Texas. Kenny has recent direct personal experience with the
area, Phil's only direct personal experience is with his right palm. Kenny
is 'colorful' in his posts, Phil is without a clue in his posts. I think
I'll side with the 'colorful' guy.

Hey Kenny- I see that some are threatening to expose your postings by
writing letters to your 'employer'. Would I be too far off if I thought
that your eyes would be the first ones to see those letters?
