Method #2 (Dropped Call Credit)

2.�* Follow the prompt until Claire (the automated system) ask “What can I
help you with?”

3.�* Once she ask, say this “CREDIT FOR DROPPED CALLS” OR “DROPPED CALL
CREDIT”.�*

4.�* Once you receive a credit for your “dropped call” wait for Claire to
say “What can I help you with” again;
5.�* Repeat the process by saying this “CREDIT FOR DROPPED CALLS” OR
“DROPPED CALL CREDIT”.
6.�* You get $0.50 per dropped call and you can do this up to $10.00.

your way thru (unless you are using the company you’re really working for).

6.�* Ask the CSR who answers if your company qualifies. (Play dumb.)

7.�* Once they determine that you qualify, they'll ask for your address,
supervisors name and phone.�* Make sure you sound like you know what you’re
talking about, otherwise if you mess up, you might not get a second chance.�*
Worst case scenario would be that they’ll ask you to go into a Sprint PCS
retail store to verify information.�* At this point, it’s up to you if you
want to continue with this.�*

If you do, just find someone who works for one of the company below, scan their
paycheck stub and use your imagination.�* 9 out of 10 times, the rep there will
just apply the discounts for you.


General Notes:

My understanding is that this does not require a contract extension -- but that
they re-do your contract to start on a specific date.

I've seen where CSR's tell people that they cannot get the discount if a spouse
works in one of the covered place. That they have to go to a store and provide
proof and that they have to agree to a 2 year contract.

So far as I can see you don't have to do any of that -- just provide the
requested info. If you start getting asked for a new contract just call back
immediately and chances are you'll get a new CSR.

Except that the Premium Service credit has changed. Now you have to=20
select the credit from the information page of the download for which=20
you're seeking credit. It's no longer a "blind" credit.
