Just the gentleman in the Earthlink newsgroup than was responsible for USENET
    at Earthlink last fall.

Too bad Google doesn't archive that internal newsgroup, so I could remind you
of the post that so informed you. (earthlink.support.usenet)

Earthlink has and had no problem with folks using or changing alias in USENET.
    And you know that.

Yes, it is too bad. It might refresh your memory of what really happened in
    that newsgroup.

Just let it go, Bob. Don't turn this into one of those long, drawn-out
exchanges like he and O/Siris had. If you really want to clean up the
clutter in this newsgroup like you say you do, don't participate in a
    back-and-forth then.

And if one would think... the person that is causing him to do so these
past couple of days is whoever is posting as him. He stayed with the
Robert M. alias (and msn email addy) for quite some time prior to this

hands and repeatedly posts things like "Don't respond to..." and such...

guy would, and so far, that guy hasn't yet.

You would be surprised what could be resurrected if one could just get

No, he didn't just stay with the Robert M. ID Eric. He changed his address 4
separate times while using the Robert M. aliases, as shown below.

    Robert M. [email protected]
    Robert M. [email protected]
    Robert M. [email protected]
    Robert M. [email protected]

As to changing his IDs 86 times, no one forced him to do that. He does that
to get around kill filters, plain and simple. He's the antagonizer here.
There's no need to change IDs 15 times over the past two to three days.

As I mentioned previously, he's got a mental problem. No one in their sane
mind would change IDs so many times, do what he's done in the past and then
expect that all will be well, if he stops changing IDs. He's burned to many
friggin bridges with his ID changes, his lies, his misquotes, his unmunging
of email addresses and creating aliases of others here.

If he wants to be taken seriously, and wants forgiveness in this forum, he
needs to apologize to all concerned, fess up to his lies, and stick with one
    ID ... Plain and simple.

By the by, I won't be replying to any of his posts, unless he starts going
after me ... Then the gloves are off.

    Bob

    Bob

I have him in my kill filter (as read) 46 times now. It would be up to 86
times, however he uses names of others who post here.

I still have copies of all my posts to earthlink.support.usenet. Here's a

Thanks for the reply Robert. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any AUP
    violations ...

Bob::thinking maybe EL should add a "P" to that list::

    <EOM>

As you can see, no where did EL say for me to get out of there, as Phillipe
    has said ...

Y'know, Bob, I used to have a modicum of respect for you, thinking
that you were intelligent enough to remove yourself from these
childish discussions. Clearly, I was wrong.

Your obsession with the troll is becoming as much of an irritant to
others as he's become to you.

    No need to respond.

So, you tell me to stop posting, you call me a troll, then you
complain that others are insulting you? Talk about an unprevoked
    attack.

How was my quad mode phone (not triband) a "trolling" post? I
admitted that I made a mistake in my statement regarding it, but the
rest was copy & pasted from the link I supplied.

Very, very cute. I wouldn't buy anything from the spamming asswipes at
Real if they were the last company on earth offering streaming media software.

Yes, I haven't run Real in a very long time, save a day or two here and
there, when I try to remind myself why I don't run it the rest of the time.

I just never liked "GET REAL" or "BE REAL" as an argument.
It's silly, and sometimes, I want to respond in kind.

Strange how those that whine the most about "cleaning up" this newsgroup
    encourage all the pot stirrers.
