If you have a Business Account, they aren't available 24/7.

On the other hand, maybe its another example of wanting to keep
their position as WORST in Customer Service.

I have a regular account, but I've called well past 10pm, even on Sunday,
and people were there. I think it's the second option.

24 hour support is now History. Sounds like grounds for anyone to get
    out of their contract.

You have a phone problem at night now, tough luck.

Which part of the Service Agreement has been breached? Hint- there is
nothing about 24 hour support in any version of it. No grounds for voiding
    the agreement.

Good Lord, Phillie, I thought even you wouldn't be that stupid. The=20
phone queues have been shutting down at 9PM on Sunday for more than=20
    18 months now.

Where in the agreement does it say they may change it?

ALL CONTRACTS ARE NOW NULL AND VOID UPON REQUEST.

It has been that way for a number of months now, maybe even dating back
to last summer. I believe their tech support is open 24/7, but their
    regular customer service is not.

Where did it ever say that Customer Service was open 24 hours a day,
seven days a week to begin with? If it said it somewhere, and then
Sprint changed it, then it would be grounds for contract termination
    with no penalties.

I do, however, believe that Customer Service should be open 24/7 because
people on third shift, truck drivers, etc. shouldn't be shunned and they
are just as important as anyone else.

Thanks for proving the point. I would love to be present in court when you
explain to the judge why the contract should be voided for a condition not
specified in the agreement. And when Sprint gets the chance to ask just
how the lack of a person to talk to affects the quality of network service
(which is mentioned in the contract), I want to be there to watch you get
thrown out quicker than the eye can see. And when it is proven to not even
be an industry standard, the game is finally over.

You see, Phil- Sprint would have to actually violate the terms of the
agreement in order to be in violation of it. See how that works? And
because there has never been a guarantee of 24/7 customer support, ALL
    CONTRACTS REMAIN IN EFFECT.

And as you are finding out, the hours of operation have not changed in
months, and there is no documentation that 24/7 care was ever advertised.
Please do a little research before giving advice.
