    All text messages now count against that total if you're on an SMS=20
    phone. No Vision pack means a dime per message sent *or* received,=20
    unless you receive it from another SPCS phone (the sending phone=20
    still pays, though).

    So yes, this should still work, with the costs listed above.

    well i started with wireless web, then just recently i got a new phone and =
    i got
    vision, 2 months ago

    Hmm... April? Maybe March? Borderline. It's entirely possible you got in
    under the deadline to be grandfathered into unlimited messaging.
