I'm not sure it qualifies as a SCAM. They are providing true information that
someone may not know.

He's actually right by law, Steve, as I understand it. As long as=20
the person doing the selling does *not* claim you can't get the=20
information elsewhere, then it's a legally and civilly valid sale,=20
from what I understand. Sort of like Matthew Lesko and his book=20
about 1,000's of ways to get money from the government. That=20
information is free if you can find it. Some people find it worth=20
the price to get it handed to them.
