    Incorrect.

Northeast: No carriers ranked lower, although several with same
    'lowest' ranking..

Midatlantic: Same as above, No lower carriers on brand image and
    billing.

Southeast: Same as above, one of the lowest on brand image and
billing, only Alltell ranked lower on cost and service plan options.

Southwest: One carrier lower in all categories except billing, which
    has two.

West: One or two carriers in each of three categories.

So, in 2 regions, lower carriers on 2 or more categories.

In 2 regions, lowest in all but one category

In 1 region, no carriers ranked lower.

    Hardly "always".

Thanks for the correction ... As for the poll on customer service link, I
could care less, as they've been good to me 95% of the time ...

Same here. Besides, I only call customer service about once every three
    years (for an ESN change).

What do you expect from Phillie, correct links, tinyurl's that work, a
positive message about anything related to Sprint or SPCS? You'll never get
it from him. More than a 100 ID changes, and he still can't fool anyone
    (except newbies to the newsgroup).
On a note about Customer Service-every time since 1998 that I've called,
I've gotten friendly, knowledgeable reps that solved my problems. Not only
that, but twice they went out of their way and changed my plan to avoid
    overages.

And why didn't you quote the North Central results that only put 1 carrier
higher. Wouldn't prove your negative inclination, huh?

I thought I had, my mistake. That's what I get for posting while
    doing other things also.

I was not attempting to prove "a negative inclination". I was
disputing the claim that "there are always one or two carriers that
    scored lower".
