I got a better reception from Adelphia about libelous cross-posting of
yours than Smith ever got for my changing alias.

No libel, pinhead, and I can guarantee that no violation of TOS occurred, as
I am still posting, and will continue to post. As for the cross-posting, my
remarks appeared in the very same groups your post was sent to. I posted
opinion, backed up by a simple request for anyone to Google your name to
find the facts. It must suck to have it out there for all to see. The fact
that you posted here (although you didn't have the guts to actually quote
anything I said) shows just how close to home I must have hit.
BTW- in order for libel to occur, you would have to be specifically
identified as a person, not one of your 100+ ID's. I would have thought
that your great legal mind would have known that. And, I would have needed
to represent something untrue as fact. Don't see any of that in what I
posted.
Nice try, troll.

I see you are back to changing IDs, and creating posts that have absolutely
no meaning to them ... Up to 121 now ... are you?

Nothing out of the ordinary, actually. I commented on his love for big
government and endless regulation, his advocacy of abusing the available
legal and regulatory channels, talked about how he can't seem to fight his
own battles, said that he could possibly be more Kerryish than Kerry
himself, and mentioned that googling on his ID would prove me true. The
reaction was almost immediate, and I wish I knew which one was the button-
I'd use it on a daily basis. The only thing I can think is that the fool is
ashamed of his own words, and doesn't appreciate being called on them. And
despite his veiled threats and innuendo, here I am, still posting through
Adelphia.
The troll must be starting to believe his misguided opinion that he always
gets his way.

It's too bad (for you) that you're proven, multiple times, of having
completely fabricated the posts of others.
