    Here is one for all of you techies. As mentioned on previous posts, I just
    picked up a second Sanyo 4920 for my wife. I've had the first 4920 for at
    least 5 months now. Before the second 4920 no feedback and no echo on any
    calls. This is the best phone I have had in 4 tries including the LG
    BlueTooth. However, now I can't call my wife on her 4920 without a HORRIBLE
    echo. It sucks! I hang up and call her back and the echo is not as bad. If
    I call her on our home line...NO ECHO! I call other cells, other services,
    work, etc. no echo. But I get an echo with the 2nd 4920. And Yes! I have
    tried to see if the problem is her phone. This happens if she initiates the
    call also. Could it be a problem with the 2nd phone? What else could be
    causing this problem? Is anyone else having similar problems? Same phone?
    2nd user? Help me understand.

    Does the 4920 have the latest sofware verison (1.011SP) that was meant
    to correct the echo issue?

    I don't have the latest version. I have 1.001SP. Next question is... How do
    I upgrade? I tried the manual and the web site and I can't find out how.

    Visit your Sprint store, they can upgrade it there.

    take it in to a sprint store and leave it with them for 2-6 hours.
