hey all,
about a month ago, had a great CSR take care of my # port. i asked if there
was a way for me to reach her again. she said i could call in, ask the
person answering the phone if they would send an email to her (since i have
her login id?).
well, today i needed to try it. either i'm not getting the right people to
help me, but so far they all are saying they cannot.
what else can i say? any hints?
thanks,
parker

Re: how to reach a particular CSR?
If she gave you her name, you can e-mail her, it would be
[email protected] ie [email protected]
If there is no middle initial, replace it with "X" ie
[email protected]

The only thing that I can think of is that perhaps you were getting a
rep that wasn't actually a Sprint Employee, but a person from a
contracted call center that is trained to help Sprint PCS customers.
Sometimes this happens with customers who need help on the local phone
side. Occasionally I'll get customers calling in asking for a specific
rep and they have the rep's Employee ID number. If I can look the
person up and send an email, I will. Sometimes when I look up the
number, it's for a rep in a contracted call center, and the only thing I
can do is tell the customer that, and offer to help them.
I'm not sure if this is accurate or not, because I'm not familiar with
the make-up of Sprint PCS.

all i have is her first name, and the login id she gave me is 3 letters
followed by 4 #s.
would the below email address format still work?

Re: how to reach a particular CSR?
If you have her log in ID, then you should try this out. I know from the
past that the log in ID is something like this sample:
[email protected] (it contains first initial, last name, and 2 #s.
You can certainly try it out with what you have and good luck.
