While eBay is a good source, are there any other good online sources?

Sometime Sprint sell them for only 5-10$ each with battery. They are 13k
voice only old phone.

Unfortunately, I don't they're allowed to sell the old 13k voice phones
anymore. There are two FCC mandates that require all new activations to
be phones that have:
1. LBS/E-911 capability (for Sprint, that means GPS-enabled phones only)
2. WLNP capability (that means phones that know the difference between
MDN and MSID)
None of the 13k QCELP phones that Sprint used to sell back in the late
'90s support either of those capabilities.
I think the last clearance of refurb phones was intended to push all
phones that don't have those abilities out of inventory, to activate or
get rid of them while they still could.
