    In my contract it says that I have a vision pack with free rl, included with
    that is $10 worth of downloads for free every month, yet every month I do
    it, I have to call and get the credit after I receive my bill. It's
    annoying and they say the only way to fix it is for me to give up the rl or
    just basically deal with it. I kept the rl because my wife and I use it
    quite a lot, so finally the question. Can I choose to cancel my contract or
    go to another provider because they are not honoring the deal and I have to
    call every month for them to fix it? Just curious.

    If you cancel your contract, you will be charged a cancellation fee, for
    each phone cancelled. It seems it would just be cheaper to call up each
    month and get the credits applied.

    On your next call, ask to be transferred to a supervisor, explain the
    situation and ask them to check the coding on your account. It might be just
    a few keystroke clicks on their computers which fixes the problem.

    I already checked on the coding and they said it is something that cannot be
    changed, it's some glitch in the system with the coding that is on there and
    to change means I would lose the RL for free on my phone. THat's the same
    info I received from many csr's and 2 supervisors. It just seems stupid that
    they cannot get something right that they signed me up for.
