Ok, I have had my 8200 for a year. The problem that I am having is the
phone won't hold a charge, I plug the charger into the phone and it says
it is charging, then I hear a noise from the phone that I usually hear
when I take the charger out. I look at the phone and it has the three
charge bars, then I make a call and look at the bars and they are gone
and the color has turned to red meaning that the charge never happened.
How do I get another phone from sprint? I am paying the monthly charge
for protection and replacement. I don't want a used refirbished phone,
my friend got one and had to bring it right back with the same problems
and others, like the volume wasn't good. Can someone advise me on what
    to do.

Take the charger to your Sprint store . they will replace it with one that
works. I did that last week. It is the barrel charger
