If you're about to sign up for a new SPCS account -- hang on a sec!
Sign up for an account at IngDirect.com first. Put in $25 or whatever.
NOW, go to http://ingdirect.com/sprint to get 16% off your recurring
rates. The 16% applies to most or all voice plans, Vision plans,
equipment replacement program,... So far as I can tell, it applies to
everything.
Unfortunately, this only applies to a new line of service. As soon as
I'm out of contract, if this deal is still on, I'm going to avail myself
of this deal!

That site is an employees-only site. And so is the discount.

Sorry, but that's not correct -- which is the first time I've seen you
err!
This was a promotion sent to all INGDirect.com customers.

Interesting -- I just tried the link I posted, and it's now broken.
But I'm sitting here, looking at the ING Direct flyer that was mailed to
me. It says, verbatim, "Sprint is offering a 16% discount on select PCS
Services to all ING DIRECT Customers. Go to ingdirect.com/sprint to
learn more."
And I saw an across-the-board 16% discount on everything when I visited
that URL last week. Hmmmmmmm... Perhaps someone at ING Direct screwed
up? Big time?

Re: ING promo
It asks me for an id/password and says EMPLOYEES only, too.

I didn't deny that. But if you try to go to that link, you're going to
get an employee login screen. That's what happened when I went there.
And other sites are reporting that Sprint is admitting the postcard was
sent in error, intended only for employees.

That's odd. Wasn't broken for me. Just gave me a login screen.

I think you misunderstand. I wasn't denying that the mailing went out.
Only that it was *mistakenly* sent out.

I don't know if I'd call it "big time" as a screwup. But yeah, it was a
screwup.
