Unless Sanyo has changed the port on their phones (which I haven't heard
they have), you can get a cable from Radio Shack for about $20.

As for syncing software, there are three main products on the market right
now, that you can check and see whether your phone model is supported. The
first two cost $$$ and the last one is free.
