Yes, you do. I have the same phone.

I was able to find the file, but I haven't been able to save it as a ringer
    yet.

    1. Open phone
    2. Select Upper right "Web" button
    3. When the Vision Home appears, push Menu
    4. Select Go To URL
    5. Enter the URL
    6. Enter the ID number they gave you
    7. The file appears, and you can play it

From here, I don't seem to have a way to save it. If you figure it out let
    me know.

Treo 600 after hard reset- has damaged screen

A SprintPCS Treo 600 has a screen with broken glass, and some orange spots.
Just did a hard reset, and it asks to click top center of target. Problem
is, the target is behind the orange spot, and the stylus isn't being
recognized when tapping around where I think the target is.

Is there any way to recover, any special places to tap, or any special
    function key combination?

    Jack.
