I didn't get that plan from the store. I'm so used to calling in that I just
assumed that everyone knew that about retention deals. Sorry about any
    confusion.

I seem to recall a furor here a year or so ago because Sprint started counting
    *2 minutes against your plan ... Am I mis-remembering?

In March, I went to a Sprint store, and luckily there were not a lot of
    people.
I went to a guy behind the desk and said "I have been a customer for
many years, whats the best deal you can give me"
He looked on his computer and offered:
    $40 a month - 750 anytime, unlimited nights/weekends starting at 8pm.
    75 rebate on a phone, if I do 1 year, 150 if I do 2 years.

I decided to wait, plus I was going out of town for work.
I went back last week (to a different store) and they said they cant
work with me, because my nights start at 8pm, and that was done through
    customer service.

I went to the originally store, but there were too many ppl waiting,
and I was told that guy doesnt work there anymore anyway.

    I currently have: 40 a month for 400 minutes, unlimited 8pm
    nights/weekends. Nationwide.

To add to this. Some how I ended up with an extra 150 at min. So actually I
    am getting 1150 anytime minutes.

With the current Fair & Flexible plans, you could get 300 adjustable
anytime minutes, with the N & W starting at 7 PM., plus free roaming.
Unlimited Sprint Mobile to Mobile Calling would be $5/month.

*2 has never cost a user minutes. There was, in the past, a service charge
applied to a certain group of users, which name I've forgotten, prepaid
    maybe?

the one thing that's consistent with Sprint (and others) is that they are
    inconsistent.
