Does this sound good - it's what they are offering"
on the main line it would be 4500 minutes for $150. My current
services include unlimited vision/text/ etc and these services would
continue to be included on all current line that remain for the life of
the new contract . Im assuming that is 2 years (?)
Also included on all lines are PCS to PCS, Unlimited Long Distance,
Unlimited N&W starting at 9PM. If we decide to chage N&W to 6PM, there
would be an additional upcharge of $10 covering all lines, but at
present I do not think we will activate that option. If we add
readylink, it would be an upcharge of $10 1st line, $5 each additional.
dont think we will activate that as yet until we know what phones we
will end up with.
Line 2 is $0 and will keep its unlimited vision/text/etc options for
the life of the contract
Line 3 add-on charge would drop from $20 to $10 per month.
Line 4 will remain at $10 per month - this number will keep its
unlimited vision/text/etc options for the life of the contract
Line 5 will remain at $0 per month - this number will keep its
unlimited vision/text/etc options for the life of the contract
Line 6 9668 number, the add on charge would drop from $20 to $10 per
month.
new telephones for the 5 old lines, with no activation fees.
We maintain our current business discount., which i beleive is 20%

With all those minutes you have now, do actually need to have a 6:00 PM N &
W option? Other than that, yes, it does look like a good deal.

Re: My proposed retention deal
I think it's a good deal.
Regarding 6pm N&W, I have tons of minutes and may never use it, but
would get it anyway.
Why?
It is an extra 3 hours, or 180 minutes per day. Multiply that by 20
days, and that is an extra 60 hours, or 3,600 minutes .... for only
$10. And it includes all phones. So that would be $2/phone for you.
That works out to .0027/minute (three tenths of one penny). And that
includes long distance. You won't get that price from any wired phone
company. And they may or may not keep this promo going when people on
lessor minute plans learn how advantageous it is. People who have 9-5
jobs can basically get a 300 minute plan, add the 6pm, and have all the
minutes they will ever need.
The 6pm add-on is WAY underpriced, IMHO ... and even though I almost
never exceed my peak minutes, I could not pass it up. If they ever
drop it, I want to have it.
Snap it up while you can. It basically converts your current plan,
into an UNLIMITED minute plan. For $10. How can you pass on it?
My 2 cents.

Re: My proposed retention deal
If you got 7pm and 4500 minutes for that price, I'd say you did very
well.
