How do you copy a call log entry into the Treo650 contact manager

Is there a way to save a Call Log entry into the Contact manager?

Yes, using the "Add Contact" button that appears when you highlight a
number in the call log that hasn't already been saved.

What confused me is that there is no Add Contact button when a number is
already in the Contact list.
