My Sprint bill was odd this month--anyone else see this?

I have a second phone on my plan, which normally contributes $20 to the
"Sprint Solutions" item on the bill and $4 to the "Monthly Service
Charges" item (for Roadside Rescue).

This month, those items were $20 and $4 light, respectively.

Furthermore, there was no listing of the calls for the second line. The
only hints of its existence on the bill are in the short "shared
minutes" section, which still listed both lines, and in the total taxes,
which were normal.

The net result was that the total of the bill was $20.60 less than it
should have been ($24 - 10% discount I have for some reason I don't
recall).

*HOWEVER*, if I go to the PCS website and check my account there, they
list everything as normal. They list the normal amount due. They list
the calls for both phones. It's all the way it has been for the last
couple of years.

I don't actually get my bill from the PCS part of Sprint, though.
Sprint is also my local provider, and my internet provider, and all of
those show up on one bill, from Sprint Local. If I go to their site and
check my account, it shows the correct total amount.

If I select the option there to view my bill online, however, it just
gives me a PDF of the printed bill, which exactly matches the bill I
received in the mail.

Customer service wasn't able to explain this. All they see is the
correct amount. They don't have a copy of the paper bill, which is the
only place that seems to be wrong.
