    Because it's the source.
Content easily found with a simple Google search:
    <http://www.google.com/search?q=%22Myths+About+Copyright+Explained%22>
    First link, cached version
    Or the second link
    etc.
You know how to use Google?

Sometimes, John, you're just a bit too full of yourself.

Why not just post a link that works!

This link works just fine (for me anyway). I takes me right to Brad
Tempelton's site. Not that Brad is a copyright attorney, but he is the
chairman of the board of the EFF and has a lot of legal insight into
    these matters.

The link worked on Firefox [ver 1.5.0.6] the first time. It worked on
IE6 [ver 6.2900.2180.xpsp_gdr.05031-1519] the first time and
Netscape [ver 8.0.4] the first time. What browser were you using
    that didn't work?

    Lets examine one Leeching Website:
    cellphonetopics.com
    which calls ACS
Cell Phones Forum > Cellular service providers > Sprint PCS
and surrounds the site with Ads.

The owning company Jelsoft Ent. will soon see legal papers for money
    damages.
Ditto for Cellbanter.com, another Jelsoft leecher.

Legally, you don't have a clue about copyright law- I refer to a thread last
year concerning ringtones where you were openly in violation of copyright
and fair use law and you were too stubborn to admit it. I believe that is
also the same thread where you claim that your use as a witness gave you
super-secret legal powers that made you more knowledgeable than the rest of
    the group.

Now take your google search hits and go home- wait for a topic that you
actually know something about (I realize that it may take a while for one of
    those to come up).

A blog from a layperson? That is your authoratative source? Would you care
to explain how his opinion became fact in your eyes?

This is a new low even for you, Novice.

Sorry, Perry Mason- any case law to back that up? You've been asked that
question before, if it sounds familiar. You ignored it back then after you
couldn't find anything through Google to back up your point. Of course,
there's a reason for that- no case law exists. You are merely regurgitating
the untested opinion of others instead of case law, statute or regulation.

Who will be originating these papers? A bona fide member of the Bar
(meaning a real lawyer with verifiable credentials) or some paranoid
    nutcase with a word processor?

I'm putting my money on the latter...
