Interesting... I called Sprint and asked if there was a plan that would
reduce the .99 / minute roaming charge in Mexico. They said "no" that they
no longer offered such a plan. Cingular does, at .59 / minute. Anyhow,
for all but 5 calls I used my Skype phone instead, but see my Mexico
originated calls under "roaming" on my bill with no charge since I'm in the
F&CA plan. OK, I think Sprint's computers malfuctioned, and I'm not
complaining, but my daughter (on my shared account) is in Curacao where the
rate is listed as 1.99/minute and she made a few calls yesterday, with no
    roaming charge showing up, yet.

Anyone have any experience here. Had I known I wasn't gonna be charged in
Mexico I would have used the phone much more.... but my luck.... THEN I
    would have been charged!

How long ago was it? You still may very well be charged (I'd still be
    planning on it, anyway).
